Set for April 14 - 29th, 2026, Join us as the FIRST RALLY Organization to Curate a rally in Japan! For this trip, it will be a very strict, hand selected Veteran ONLY. We wanted to offer a true, authentic Japanese Experience rather than crowded, tourist filled hot zones. We will take you to the real side of Japan traveling around the Island. 

We will be traveling to Japan during Peak Cherry Blossom Season! 

Our Team will assist you with a variety of To-Do & will have a checklist of tasks required prior to the trip. From purchasing cellular data for Japan to getting your International Drivers License to setting up your Suica Card. 

Flights are NOT included. 

BEGINNING JULY 4TH - ALL REGISTRATION WILL HAVE A 3.9% PROCESSING FEE INCLUDED

Tentative Itinerary -

DAY ZERO - All Teams are required to fly into Minneapolis International Airport (MSP). All Teams & Participants will then board the same flight to Japan. This will be a Non-Stop Flight. Most Teams will fly into MSP a day (or two) early & will be staying at the Mall of America. 

We will be working with Delta to offer us group seating so all of us can sit together & a group discount. If you want to upgrade your seat to Delta One or First Class, please feel free to do so. 

We will land in Haneda International Airport. This is where the adventure begins. We will navigate the airport together as a Team going through Customs, Currency Exchange, Getting on the Train, Navigating our way to the  Hotel, Getting Situated as we spend our first night in Japan! 

DAY ONE (1) - SHINJUKU CITY - Arriving at Haneda Airport, we will jump on our private bus that will take us to one of the Tallest Hotels in Shinjuku. We will be staying at Hotel Groove at the Heart of Shinjuku. Guests will have the opportunity to adventure & explore the first night. 

DAY TWO (2) - SHIBUYA - We will spend the morning visiting Golden Gai where Teams will get the opportunity to try Local Street Food & Drinks! Later in the evening, Local Guides will take 3 Groups of 7 around the Hidden Gems of Shibuya. From local bars to underground restaurants. Guests will then later have the opportunity to explore Shibuya & the Shibuya Scramble.

DAY THREE (3) - HARAJUKU - We will launch by 10AM & take the JR Line to Harajuku. We will visit the Meiji Jingu Shrine before making our way to the Heart of Harajuku. We will make a stop the Official Liberty Walk Store. 

NIIGATA- DAY FOUR (4) - We will be dropped off at the pickup spot for your rally vehicles! We will head North out of the Cities visiting through Tochigi Prefectural Forrest, Nikko National Park as we make out way to Shibata, Niigata! We will have an incredible evening as we explore the city! Staying at an Historic 5-Star Castle, we will spend Two (2) Nights here. Breakfast & Dinner for both nights will also be included at our stay.

NIIGATA - DAY FIVE (5) -  Spending our second day in Shibata, Niigata. Working with Maze Sea Circuit, we will be the first to ever host a Drift Festival. From 11AM - 1PM with prizes, food trucks & music. From 1PM - 4PM, teams will get the opportunity to ride passenger alongside local drifters as well as professional drifters along this oceanside drift track. This isn’t just a car show or a meetup. This is an International Drift Festival. We will then circle our way back to Shibata, Niigata to recap our day & enjoy our night!   

KANAZAWA - DAY SEVEN (6) - We will depart and will head towards Kanazawa. We will be partnering with the Sanjo Blacksmith in Niigata for a Cultural Teams activity. Teams will get the opportunity to experience a hands on World of a Japanese Blacksmith. From there, we will ride along the Jade Coastline before making our way to Kanazawa. We will visit the World Famous Tsuzumi-mon Gate! 

KYOTO - DAY EIGHT (7) - We will have an early start to the day launching by 8AM as we head to the Famous Kanazawa Castle during Peak Cherry Blossom Season. The picture you see here will be exactly what we will be witnessing. From the Castle, we will head along the coastal shoreline to Hokoshima Shrine before making a lunch stop at the top of Lake Biwa before making our way to Kyoto. For Two (2) nights, We will be staying at The Thousand Kyoto for Two (2) nights. A 5-Star Architecture Master Prize Winner in 2025. We will enjoy the night exploring the city of Kyoto, Kyoto Station as well as the Kyoto Tower!

OSAKA - DAY NINE (8) - We will have an early morning as we take the local train down to the Hozugawa River where we will have a private sunrise river ride down to the stunning Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Later in the afternoon, we will take the AONIYOSHI train down to Osaka & will end the night at Dotonbori! Group Dinner with All-You-Can-Eat Wagyu Yakiniku will be provided accompanied with All-You-Can Drink!

SHIZUOKA - DAY NINE (9) - Launching from Kyoto, we will be heading to the stunning Mt. Fuji! We have an incredible jam packed day for Day 9 as we will be partnering with Fuji Speedway! On October 8, 2025, Fuji Speedway Hotel was awarded 1 Michelin Key in the Michelin Guide Hotel category. We will arrive early to this facility. Guests will have the chance to explore the Fuji MotorSport Museum before our Six Course, All You Can Drink Dinner.

KAMAKURA - DAY TEN (10) - We will start our morning off with breakfast before heading onto the internationally famous track for a private behind the scenes tour of Fuji SuperSpeedway! From Fuji, we will head out for lunch before making our way to Kamakura Staying in Kamakura for Two (2) Nights, we will get to unwind & venture out into this hidden gem of a city. Visiting Komachi Street & having amazing Yakiniku that is famous in this city.

KAMAKURA - DAY ELEVEN (11) - We will stay in Kamakura for two (2) nights! Sleep in a bit, rest up or wander the morning market at Komachi Street! Later in the evening, we will visit the Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Temple that holds history & culture of this town. Later in the evening, working with our rental car company, we will hit some of the best spots in town for the true authentic Japanese car meets including the famous Daikoku Car Meet known as the "Mecca of the Car World" on  Saturday Night!

TACHIKAWA - DAY TWELEVE (12) - We will depart from Kamakura & head North towards Tachikawa! We will driving some amazing roads around Mount Tanzawa! After a day visiting the Field of Dreams, we will check in at our hotel in Tachikawa. I would strongly suggest a pool day with the infinity pool overlooking the Cherry Blossoms. Later in the evening, we will have a rooftop dinner overlooking the city!

SHIBUYA CITY - DAY THIRTEEN & FOURTEEN (13 & 14) - Our final days in Japan. We will arrive back in the mecha of Tokyo for our Final Two (2) Nights. Guests will have the freedom to unwind, explore, and check off every must-do on their list. We will head to the heart of Ginza. Making a stop at the World Famous Nissan Crossing for Coffee & Breakfast. From there, we will head to teamLAB Borderless Experience as a group! Finally, we will head back to the Hotel before having our final group dinner. 

HOME - DAY FIFTHTEEN (15) - As we depart, please plan your trip back home accordingly.  We will land back at MSP Airport on the 29th of April at 1:30PM. 

Please leave time for Customs.
